Welcome to Lurai! This Privacy Policy explains how LangChill, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our application, Lurai (the "App"), and its related services.

We care about your privacy and want you to be able to understand how we handle your information when using our app.

2. Collected Information

Information You Provide to Us

• Account Information: When you create a Lurai account, we collect your email address. This is used to identify you, secure your account, and communicate with you.
• Audio Recordings and Files: Audio recordings and files you upload are stored so that you can easily access or download them whenever needed.
• App Stats and Analytics: To keep Lurai running efficiently, we collect minimal data such as the number of units you create.

Automatically Collected Information

• Usage and Log Data: To maintain performance, security and prevent fraud, our servers automatically collect some technical information. This may include your IP address, device type, operating system, and crash reports.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To Provide and Maintain the App: We use your account information and Your Content to operate the App and deliver its features.
• To Manage Your Account: We use your email to manage your account, facilitate password resets, and send you important administrative information about the App, such as updates to our policies.
• To Process Subscriptions: We use a third-party service, RevenueCat, to manage subscriptions. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
• To Protect Our Services: We use automatically collected information to monitor for security threats, prevent fraud, and protect the integrity of our App.

Your Content is used solely to provide services to you. We do not use Your Content to train our models.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share your information with trusted third-party service providers used to provide services to you. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

We use service providers (Google Gemini, Pinecone, Groq) to host and process content that power certain features. When you use our AI-enabled Services, your content is processed by these providers to fulfill your requests. Their collection and use of that data are governed by their own privacy policies and/or terms, which are made available to you as required by applicable laws.

RevenueCat is used to process and manage your App subscription. They handle payment information securely and provide us with confirmation of your subscription status (Privacy Policy).

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active.

You have complete control over your data. You can delete your account at any time from within the App settings. When you delete your account, all of your information, including your email address, Your Content, and any materials generated from it, will be permanently deleted from our active systems.

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no electronic transmission or storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

You have rights regarding your personal information. These include the right to access, correct, or delete your data. You can manage most of your information directly through your account settings. For complete deletion, you can use the account deletion feature.
